Yesterday saw “Bhai Vyakti ki Valli” a biopic based on the life of Pu. La. Deshpande a famous Marathi writer and humorist. He has always tried to find uncommon things in the common man in his style. We Kitchen mine too in our modular kitchen and furniture business came across many such common people with uncommon things. They are not famous personalities but their life struggle will definitely motivate many of us. Mr Nitin Chilwarwar a person from very common family came from small village nr Nagpur to Pune in search of a job. His native small village didn’t have electricity up to his 7th standard and from such adverse condition he has completed his BE in Mechanical. In his early days after his graduation he worked in a small fabrication unit in Bhosri. He left his native village to become self dependent and now he is Deputy Manager. In his struggling life he got a good support from his wife Mrs Rashmi Chilwarwar. She too came from a common family and completed her BE Computers. Now with her hard work and skill she has made a distinguished position in IT Industry. She is serving IT industry as Service Delivery Manager and leading a team of 100 people. Mr Nitin and Mrs Rashmi are complimenting each other in their professional as well as personal life and are made for each other.
